Invite all of your senses, including your intentions, to awaken with deeply relaxing tea, crystals, oil blends, sounds, and body-positive nourishment.

Masterful, worldly tea blends are selected each session to engage a heart-centered, all-senses, mindful tea ceremony.

Breath and intentions are gently invited and lovingly called to mind (retaining privacy) in order to generate safety in your body and amplify your individual experience.

From the moment you step in the door, healing frequency music creates a sense of calm, while the cascade of live, intuitively guided crystal bowls, chimes, wave drum, gong, rain stick, and numerous instruments invite a journey to unfold within.

You will be gently returned to the present with insights from the session, an oracle message, a body-positive nourishment option, including more tea, and continued healing frequencies playing to allow you to fully regroup when you're ready.

Arrive "as you are" to augment your meditation, invite inner healing, and/or let a solution form as you shift from sympathetic (activated nervous system) into a parasympathetic (restful nervous system) through alpha and theta state, perhaps even a restful snooze.

Walk (or float) out with a rejuvenated resonance, expanding your integrated body, mind, soul presence as you reconnect with the world and your elevated perception.

You are the healer, I hold space for the deep presence to allow a shift during this dedicated hour of you choosing you.

I look forward to hosting a soundbath with you, each one is unique because you are there! ~with love Dana
